A Building Energy Rating (BER) certificate rates your home’s energy performance.

BER SERVICES
There are many measures that you can take in your home to make it more comfortable for you and your family, while also minimising your use of fossil fuels and saving money on your energy bills.
Building Energy Ratings (BER’s)
3 Bed Semi-detached/bungalows: €249
Other Homes (up to 270M Sq): €295
*Inclusive of all fees.
For larger properties or properties with extensions, there may be additional charges.
Part L Reports
For New Builds and major Renovations. Required by Building Regulations, 2022.
Part L: Range between €250 and €300
Final BER’s: Range between €350 and €450.
Airtightness Testing & Ventilation
A Technical Assessment sets out the current BER and Heat Loss Indicator (HLI) of the home. The Technical Assessment will identify and provide specifications on the most energy efficient upgrades that the homeowner can take to improve the BER rating and HLI.
