1. Domestic BER Assessments
3 Bed Semi-detached/bungalows: €249
Other Homes (up to 270M Sq): €295
*Inclusive of all fees.
For larger properties or properties with extensions, there may be additional charges.

2. Technical Assessment
To avail of the SEAI heat pump grant or a road map for upgrading your home.
Price starting at €350 to €450 apx.
*Grants available on the One Stop Shop Scheme.

3. Part L Compliance
For New Builds and major Renovations. Required by Building Regulations, 2022.
Part L: Range between €250 and €300
Final BER’s: Range between €350 and €450.
